Welcome, my friends, to the inaugural voyage on Not Your Scholar's Blog. This will be my home away from home; *ahem* my respite from traditional social media, and rediscovering a forum that feels a bit older, a bit more civilized, and a bit more private yet somehow way more real and visceral than Facebook could ever be.
